About the event
In this hour-long workshop, we will be using movement techniques to open up the flow of energy in the body. Each session is a little different depending on the goals and intentions of the participants but you can be sure that you'll leave having moved some energy in your body and feeling the deeper connection with self and embodiment that comes from that process!
These classes are safe spaces of expression and every comfort level and experience level is welcome. In addition, every level of physical ability is welcome. You DO NOT need to be a dancer to move! You don't even need space! You only have to be willing to show up, listen to your body, and find the movement that makes sense for you in the moment!
