This Movement and Magic workshop will focus on the thread of energy that we can connect to outside of ourselves through movement.  With this workshop being held just before the full moon of July, we will connect with the strong pull of the moon and feel the energy.  This might be a good time to take the class outside if you have the space and wifi connection for it!

These classes are safe spaces of expression and every comfort level and experience level is welcome.  In addition, every level of physical ability is welcome.  You DO NOT need to be a dancer to move!  You don't even need space!  You only have to be willing to show up, listen to your body, and find the movement that makes sense for you in the moment!
